"I'm so sick of the lack of response and misinformation from this office. I bought a new to me car after hours on Thursday. I immediately filled out the forms online giving them the information. The website said the office would call me. When they did not I called them. I was informed by the young lady who answered (who did not identify herself) they have 48 hours to respond, which is fine, except when I said well I am covered by my current insurance for the grace period, she said NO! You have NO insurance on that car! I asked again because there was no way that is correct. She reiterated that I HAVE NO INSURANCE ON THE CAR! She then said she would have Rebecca call me back as soon as possible. After 3 hours I called a different State Farm office, who was able to transfer me to customer care. The wonderful man there informed me that she was incorrect, I do have a 14 day grace period and I am covered! He was nice enough to get me a new policy and then switch my agent to the helpful one (5 star review coming!). This is not the first issue I have had with this office and I had said before I was going to switch. After not doing, this was the final straw! Highly recommend you look at the State Farm agent in Manor. They have very helpful, knowledgeable, professional staff!"

You should have received a timely call back and clear, accurate information. Hearing that you were told you had no coverage, and then had to go elsewhere to get clarity and help, is not the experience we want anyone to have with our office. I also apologize that your call wasn’t handled more professionally, including not being properly identified. Because I can’t discuss policy specifics publicly, I’d appreciate the chance to look into what happened on our end and address it directly. If you’re willing, please call our office and ask for me, or email me your name and the best number to reach you, along with the date/time of your call. We take feedback like this seriously and will use it to coach and improve our communication and follow-up. I’m sorry again for the experience, and I appreciate you bringing it to my attention."

"While I was moving to the area, Kody at the Robert Ndegwa State Farm office took care of everything. After first reaching out for a quote, she took care of every detail, answered all of my questions, and explained my options. During an out of state, move when I had so much else going on, she made it seem like I didn't have to lift a finger. Exceptional customer service! Happy to be here!"
